I use a multi-faceted approach to help you reach your goals by breaking the habit of codependency and recovering from the trauma of toxic relationships and narcissistic abuse.  We will work together to identify the biggest pain points that need to be healed so you can embark on creating the life your soul is begging you to experience. Some of the things we may work on are: 

  • creating safety within you so that you can begin to recover
  • bringing awareness to your thought and behavioral patterns
  • healing your attachment wounds and rewriting any limiting beliefs
  • releasing your emotional triggers and implementing healthy soothing techniques while letting go of any maladaptive coping mechanisms
  • learning how to set and maintain boundaries, even with the toxic people in your life
  • rebuilding your self-trust and cultivating self-empathy as well as self-compassion
  • instilling healthy habits so that you can create the life you deeply deserve and desire

I utilize many different tools including Somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system and release trauma, Human Design, EFT, and Intuitive sessions (Inner Child Meditations, Healing Meditations). Our 1:1 sessions will  meet for one hour either weekly or bi-weekly for at least 3-months, depending on the speed your nervous system is willing to go. 

From years of training and my own healing journey to the successive, rapid growth my clients have experienced, I have what it takes to bring you from settling for mediocrity to getting more of what you desire.

You should be able to enjoy living your life every. single. day. Yes, some days may be harder than others, but overall, you should be able to return to a baseline of deep contentment and feel utterly fulfilled before going to bed each night.  

Once you are able to emotionally regulate and self-soothe, you will learn how not only  set clear and healthy boundaries, but also how to maintain them, even with the toxic people in your life.  We will also begin to wok on bolstering your self-trust, cultivating more self-empathy and self-compassion and instilling more confidence.  I will provide you with positive psychology tools to help you instill healthy habits, prioritize self-care and help you fortify your resilience which will allow you to handle adversity and life's challenges with ease and grace. 

FINAL STEP: resilience

We will spend time exploring your triggers and understanding how your nervous system works so that we can increase the flexibility in your body to respond rather than react to stressors and triggers. This will help you feel more capable of handling adverse situations and challenges and find more peace and flow in your day to day. We will also look at the coping strategies you have used throughout your life to protect yourself and instead, use more effective soothing techniques. Once you are able to create safety within yourself, you will be able to release any past trauma and limiting beliefs that are holding you back.

Next STEP: regulation

We will dive deep into your thought and behavioral patterns to better understand what needs to be disrupted so you can move forward. We will work to closely understand your childhood, attachment wounds, and family dynamics to discern why you've attracted toxic people into your life. This will allow you to stop reverting to old patterns, repeating history, and instead shift the trajectory to create more peaceful, fulfilling and loving relationships.

I graduated James Madison University with a degree in Quantitative Finance and Financial Economics and began my career on Wall Street working for a prominent Investment Bank and later, various Investment Firms. Over my 10+ year career in Finance, I always seemed to struggle with feeling as though I had a much bigger purpose and that I was designed to help others in a more meaningful way. Along my journey, I got married, moved to London where I had two beautiful boys, and ultimately landed back in the States, specifically New Jersey, to raise my family. At the time, I thought I had found my purpose as a stay-at-home mom. However,  after a spiritual awakening, I discovered Human Design and my Intuition, and through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I began to understand how I could use my gifts to be of service to others. I now guide clients through transformational periods in their own lives and helps support them in understanding who they truly are, what their purpose is, and how to find the power in the pain so that they can see a path forward to a life they love.

Will my 1:1 sessions be at the same time each week?

If possible, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance or risk forfeiting your session.  In an emergency, please cancel at your earliest convenience to avoid a forfeit of your session.
