The collective Soul

We can’t control the events of our lives but we can control the meanings and perceptions that we have about our experiences.

Our outer world is often a reflection of our inner world as both are painted with a filter that we have created through the meanings that we give our experiences and through our conditioning.

We attract into our lives the relationships and circumstances that vibrationally match what we are unconsciously calling forth.

If something happens to you that you perceive as bad or difficult, you may begin to paint every experience as hard or difficult.

You may ask:

“Why do these things always happen to me?”

This perception keeps us locked in a victim mindset.  It also reinforces a negative feedback loop so we continue to attract more of the same.

Instead, ask:

“How can I prevent this from happening again?”

“What can I learn from this experience?”

“Where am I being given the opportunity to either learn, heal or grow in this situation?”

The key is to stay curious and create a growth mindset instead of a victim mindset!

The key is to disrupt the pattern and ask for something different, something better, something more expansive than what you are currently experiencing.

Create your own hope by staying open-minded and looking at every opportunity as a chance to grow rather than as a punishment.
